You’ll follow a few simple instructions to record your movement assessment video and how to submit it. (Don’t worry - there will be video instructions for this).


Once submitted, go to the book your complimentary 1-on-1 Movement Assessment Review with me to fine-tune your form and start both safe & strong.

Within 10 minutes we will send you an email to give you VIP access to your Success Center — your digital command hub. Inside you'll find everything you need to thrive:


Schedule Your Workouts


Beginning the first Monday following your registration, add to your schedule your planned daily workout time. Start by giving yourself 30 minutes each day, so you are giving yourself some extra buffer time if needed.


Introduce Yourself to Your New Community


Head over to the community section, at the top there will be a pinned post titled 'Introduce Yourself!', click on the post, read the instructions and introduce yourself via leaving a comment. Feel free to give a few thumbs up to your fellow challengers and / or comment on their introduction - you will love it when someone does the same to you!


Get Ready to Move!


Starting on Monday (the first one following your registration), we begin our journey of transformation. I couldn't be more thrilled to take part in this with you.
